Panels

Requirements for registration in panels

The panelists must have, at least, BA completed.

Registration form is available at this link, from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020.

Instructions

Author and co-author must register for the event.

Panelists may only submit one paper, either as author or co-author.

Co-authors, when advisors, should indicate their affiliation in a footnote either in the abstracts and or in the full texts.

The papers approved will be presented in person by author and / or co-author. In case of justified absence, an alternative must be presented to the Organizing Committee in advance (up to 10 days before the event). The committee will analyze case by case and, make a final decision. After approval of the paper by the panel Coordinators, the author (s) will receive a letter of acceptance after January 31, 2021, by which time they should confirm their registration by payment of the respective fee.
