Abstract

This article discusses the philosophy of Agamben with the focus on the theme of processes of subjectification. The research seeks to answer the following question: which means these processes for Agamben? It is understood that Agamben has a different definition from that used by Foucault. Thus, exposure recovers other elements related to processes of subjectification. These elements are the apparatus and the subject. By analyzing the apparatus, it is shown that Agamben extends the concept, first developed by Foucault, inserting it into the analysis of the capitalist world atual. Through this deepening about the apparatus, we arrive at a definition of the processes of subjectification. In the second part, the results of processes of subjectification, that is, the subject captured forward their political destiny. This allows you to consolidate the explanation of processes of subjectification that has been achieved. The final result shows that the processes of subjectification should not ignored but overcome so that the subject has a life in potency.
